@legalfalcon - QQ. I am an inland applicant and my dependent is in India. Biometric for my dependent is still pending, because biometric in india is not opened for EE applicant. Does this slow down my process? And as per the agent my status is
Criminality in progress and no other process started yet.

If your biometrics is not on file, then criminality and info sharing will be pending, bit eligibility will be processed.

Neither. AOR or ITA are not factors based on which applications are processed.
