I applied for TRP last September and I haven’t heard anything from it due to mishandling of document. I fall out of status I want to try restore it under new policy but the refusal letter from restoration letter Ive received says I cant. Thats why I applied for TRP and haven’t heard from it since September

Hello fam, so i was just going through the CIC website and its says , The Humanitarian Migration office in Vancouver will not provide an acknowledgement of receipt letter. Does it mean they wont send AOR?

They did send AOR through email

I don’t see this as an issue in my opinion because she is not going to spread any diseases or sicknesses to people around. It’s not an infectious or communicable disease Like HIV, TB, Hepatitis B etc

If treatment for heart surgery is very expensive it might cause a problem.they will consider under excess demand.

Reason is establishment in canada and child best interest.

I applied in November of last year Nov 2020
I got AOR in Jan and then request for biometrics followed but not together.

I am not sure what the status is at this time because my Lawyer has bot updated me.

I know it's not 2021 but close enough

Yes she is Canadian. There is no reason in the letter it just says will not be granted.

Its so sad are you in Ontario or qubec side ? And did you discuss with your laywer? There is 3 options you have as per my knowledge you can appeal the decsion to federal court and send for reconsideration and apply for new H&C

Yes, we applied online and get the SIN number one week after that.

No time frame, i applied nov 2020 and still havnt got AOR, whereas i saw people applied after me already have their AOR.

Hi guys, after trying hard to send my second stage docs in a compressed PDF folder or reduce the size all to no avail, to avoid further delay, I had to send the documents in 7 different mails/messages but not heavy mails. I hope this is fine. Hope no negative effect of doing this?
