When you do medical upfront do you have to take medical results from doctor and send it to IRCC through web form , or doctors send it to IRCC ??

Doctor sends it to IRCC and they will also send you the form that you have passed. With that form, you can send it to IRCC through the web form

Yes. I had to do it early cuz I was applying for my closed work permit back then
