What if someone can't consume food because of their religion as I don't think they would be able to offer Jain (No onion and no to food prepared at the same place where non veg is prepared) meals at the hotel.
But I know at these places all the meals veg, non veg are prepared at the same place and they use same utensils for everyone. That doesn't work in our culture also known as Jain vegetarianism.

You can solve the utensil problem easily by bringing your own to reuse.
If you're still not comfortable, then delay your travel until after the restrictions have been lifted. Again, the meal plan is mandatory. You won't be able to bring food in from outside of the hotel.
I saw somewhere it's a $125 per day food credit offered for any meals/beverage prepared by the hotel you stay at. Much like hotel rates I'm sure that this is variable too. But all hotels here have veg, vegan, Halal, kosher food.

My response wasn't intended to be rude. I am a direct communicator.
As I said above, I would recommend that you start by asking about meal options when you call to make your booking. Hotels offer a variety of meals and it's possible there may be one that meets your requirements in terms of food preparation. Hotels are used to international guests with a variety of dietary restrictions, allergies and other requirements (including religious requirements). You may be surprised what they have to offer. Many hotels separate their preparation utensils. And as suggested above, you can bring your own utensils to avoid using ones that have been used by other guests.
Btw one quick question. I am entering from Poland as an international student. I am remarking in the ArriveCAN App my Polish phone number/SIM card. I will order a Canadian SIM card from a service where it will get arranged to arrive on the day of my arrival at the hotel reception.
Can I change the phone number that is in the ArriveCAN App? Anybody knows?
