I applied for my study permit and visa on 5 October 2020 but due to closed VFS offices, I provided my biometrics in November 2020. My agent advised me to defer my semester from Jan 2021 to May 2021. They submitted the new Letter of Acceptance on the Webform but I still haven't received any email confirmation from the immigration.
What do you think would be the further processing time of my file? I understand that It is unpredictable due to covid, but it'd be great if I get an estimate. It still shows "your application is being processed"

Nope. It shows "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes".
Did yours get updated? If so, after how long did you get that update?

You could call IRCC and ask them what's going on with your file and where it is being processed.
