Hi all,
How do you see in gcsm notes if your file has been transfered? Could you please advise. I see many said case has been transfered so I would like to check my gcsm notes properly. Thank you
Is it normal for files to be transferred to LVO from CIO without notes from case processing analyst? Mine was transferred to LVO after R10. Everyone seems to have case analyst notes before transfer to LVO. I hope I’m safe
Yes, very normal, IRCC will move files based on work load and specialisations. This is why I always emphasise that VO does not matter, rather what stage your application is at and what has been done matters.

Thank you. At the point will a case analyst in LVO review my files or it might go straight to an officer in LVO? Cos I’ve been getting ghost updates including one a few days to my due date.

It will depend on the staffing at each office. Usually before an officer review, an assistant or analyst will enter detailed notes, and the officer makes a final determination on it. see #4,004
