It looks like my progress bar disappeared since last week and the corresponding message saying that "Your application may be in the bottom 20%..." is also gone. Is this considered a "ghost update" ?

Yes I agree at least it moved a bit, when I called the agent was not sure why Security did not move to in progress, and said they do not have a due date either

How you were able to get to a real person in that place? can you share the number and maybe the options you used?
when I call them, it is always about the status only.

Most times agents are busy, but if you call in morning, you have more chances of getting hold of an agent. I dialed 888-242-2100, then 1-2-2-1

yes it happened to my profile after ghost update. you can call CIC and confirm if all steps are done now or not.

No i gave it on sep 18 2020 , the next day when they started taking ..!I am Saskatchewan resident ..!

No call just email saying you have new message in account ..!and the Copr letter was from Edmonton office ..!

My G Note is saying biometrics is still in pending and criminality is in progress.
Kind of weird that the cic portal shows that it received my biometrics.

May 12th AOR. Everything passed since October 15th. I guess I posted here before but anyone like me still waiting? Anything we could do?

I'm on the edge of giving up and applying for CEC, because I'm under PNP and can not switch job. I have been suffering for almost half year now.
