Pretty much the same timeline. Am also a June applicant. Received BVL on Friday night 12 Feb. Still no final decision.. it's 16 now.

People do say receiving BVL is a good sign. But waiting for final approval after BVL is the toughest part.

I saw so many timelines where BVL and PPR are received with 24 hours to 48 hours. we are some of the rarest cases.
