PNP Inland - not sure about visa office cuz forgot to ask in call

You are almost there, if you are inland most likely your security would have started earlier. It would be few more weeks depending upon VO.
Mine moved to Etobicoke and they have not touched file for few weeks now

BCPNP inland . fingers crossed . I started this process almost a year ago(pnp draw , registration and nomination +ee) and eagerly look forward to hearing some good news for next weeks.

No eligibility is A11.2 , R10 is initial review of your application.

Sorry, what's your question? R10 is the completed check, if you already got MEP then don't worry about it.

3. Criminality
4. A11.2 Eligibility
5. Security

Sometimes if you cannot give bio right away during criminality in progress, they might start eligibility at the same time too.

Could be two things, maybe they are not starting to review your application yet or the website is delayed. If you want to know your status you could call IRCC.

Cec are being prioritized now due to covid variant out there.

This is actually a good time for most student and inland to get their PR.

Indeed, it generally takes 8 - 9 months when there are 5000 applications per draw and with this pace it will take roughly 3 years to process 27k+ applications.

it is hard to digest and comprehend for me.

The 27k+ are inland and they have priority for now. And they want to meet up with target. If the vaccination had gone as expected then draws would return to normal.
