You need to wait for at least 6 months after the application is received to get any feedback.

I didn’t receive ‘Application Received’ from ircc I know it by tracking my canada post its over one month but didn’t receive application received status yet.

Yes why not no harm in creating it . You can have multiple applications. Maybe next draw will be less too . So better to stay safe .

I have just 293 points, this time, they use the "Tie-break" rule, This means that the tie-break rule prioritizes profiles that have been in the Express Entry pool for longer (before Sep 12,2020).
