January 2019 onwards Paper Based PR Applicants waiting for AOR/MR/PPR

The same, last month it was with central office and today it’s with Vancouver office. I just don’t know why I’m OINP and it’s with Vancouver? Is that normal?

DM in Nov and didn’t get any phone call. It seems weird cause all my friends got copr from etobicoke. Don’t know why mine is in Vancouver. So annoying.

Finger crossed. Cause she said normally copr should be sent from the closest office to me. So my file maybe transferred to etobicoke again... ugh.

I just called IRCC and the agent said my file is with Vancouver office and wait for the final decision. Last time when I called them it was with the central office. Does this mean my file is moving on and it’s at the final stage? How is Vancouver office? Finger crossed. It has been 3 months since I got DM.
