How to notify them that i already did the upfront medical. What details i need to send it through Web Form

This is normal. Just send them the upfront e medical forms as well as the MR document. Request them to link. Let them know you passed the medical (if you have). Happened to @kumar143 but sorted within 20 days or so after sending webform. The GCKey will show medical passed when this is sorted.

Good thing is that most of your stuff has passed (looks like), thats why you have MR.

That’s surprising. Why would they issue a Pre Arrival Notice when you are already in Canada? The folks I know personally who got their COPR and as U can see on this forum too, never received PAL.

What’s your status in Canada, if I may Ask?

Alright inlands , especially those who got aor after december 20 2020 , endless wait begins for you
i guess With quarantine rules changing , soon outlanders will be able to travel and huge backlog of outland applicants will be cleared
