I didnt know we have to send documents after. My lawyer sent everything all together when we applied !

usually you donate some thing like food bank
Religious places or community value village
They will give you a slip or receipt
If you used your Debit card or credit card you can check your transaction or statement
Or a letter from someone can acknowledge your work as a voluntary and just kind of places
