Hopefully, for October aor, they will start eligibility and security. As fas as I am concerned, only criminality is in progress as per gcsm notes. Do you think they can do that in the remaining 2 months?
Thanks @legalfalcon . Did not know that Etobicoke processing all inland applications. I see few of my friends who are also in CEC got through Ottawa and received CORP already with Aug and Sep AoR.
mate we have to wait. average processing time for FSW was 9 months in 2019. There is no reason to call until you hit 6 months minimum. I'm not saying this to give you a hard time, but the more of us who call in, the more delays in processing there will be for all of us!
I am also AOR October, and I am not going to ask for notes until 6 months. best of luck!
Don't wait for 6 months, if your file has review required it may be late to address the concern of the officer, which might further delay processing time. You lose nothing by ordering after the 3-4 month
I called IRCC a month back and the agent told me that my Eligibility and Background check is under process. When I called them last week the agent said that Eligibility had not started and Background is under process. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Open to all advices!

Thanks @Doz for your prompt reply. I raised notes yesterday. But how does Eligibility go from “We are processing” to not processing? Is this something applicants generally experience?

Not processing or in progress? I thought at the point when eligibility changed from we are processing to in progress than my eligibility was conclusive. However, my eligibility was completed on the day of my COPR.
My note said passed on the day background update change from we are processing to in progress.

I dont know what it says on the account coz my lawyer filed the application. I called IRCC and first time they mentioned they are processing my eligibility and second time they mentioned they have not started it.

Etobicoke along with CPC Ottawa are offices from where COPRs have been sent to inland applicants. However, CPC Ottawa is the IRCC HQ and lately due to office closures and staffing issues, experienced delays. In the it does not matter which office sends you the COPR, as long as you get it.

When an agent answers your call they usually look at the GCMS notes and page 2. However, to understand the status you have to look beyond that in the notes. Instead of the phone call, rely on webform and GCMS.
