Not yet..but i took digital copy in advance so that i can submit immediately whenever i receive copr

It depends on the CoPR and your local visa office. I am from Vancouver visa office and had to send photos via post/courier.
I would suggest to wait and read CoPR document letter carefully. Don't rush.

Not everyone get that portal..I didn't receive the portal I directly receive CoPR..after CoPR you have to send copy of the pic and letter..so just wait for now.

I sent photos in mid December, no update yet.
I guess it will take few months.
Seems like Edmonton office is working very slowly.

I have sent my phots on January 07, 2021 as my COPR is Jan 06, 2021.
Received at Edmonton office: Jan 11, 2021, according to Canada post-delivery.
Linked my file : Feb 06, 2021 (Today) because earlier I was unaware that I can link the application.

Today my application shows the Application number starting with R........
it says Submitted Today I don't get it what it means??
Current Status says: Submitted.

No other messages or details so far.

Can anybody help that is it the correct way of linking the file. ??

I sent my PR card application to IRCC Winnipeg in September 2020. I am not able to link the Application to my account, which makes me think the application process has not yet been started. I have reached out to IRCC through webform but haven't heard back from them.

Question to the experts - At this point considering that my application is not even touched or IRCC winnipeg closed or photos lost, should i send photos and another application? and can i send to a different office such as NS or Montreal that is functioning?

The status shows Updated instead of Submitted, but when you open it, there is nothing, then the status goes back to Submitted
