PR Card approved and mailed: February 3rd 2021. message "We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive"

Anyone with with Jan-2021 landing ? I landed on 22 but there is no update on the application. It is just in submitted state from day 1. Is it normal ?

Anybody here with an email ID to Syndey, NS PR card processing department? It has been close 120 days since my photos got delivered and there hasn't been any movement whatsoever. Webforms replies are generic and are not helping. So would like to try my luck sending a direct email if possible.

Okay good news for Montreal office people. I sent an email to montreal office yesterday and got reply in 1 day, today. The answer was like a joke of course because they told me my pictures are not correct and i need to send new ones (they just dont admit they are wrong because its past 6 months lol) anyway at least i got an answer and sent my new photos today. So fingers crossed! And if anyone asks this is the email i used CIC-QUE-Pre-Landing@cic.gc.ca

This is a complete joke. This is the answer I got last week from Montreal office.

Good Afternoon,

*Please be advised that our CIC Montreal office are currently closed till February 08th 2021 due the decision from the Quebec Provincial Government.*

Therefore, our activity should resume on that date unless the Quebec Provincial Government is changing for another date.

Please understand this is for decreasing the recent spike of the second wave and to ensure the health purpose safety for all member.

Once we have a clear indication from the provincial government for the date we would resume our activity accordingly.

Thank you and have a great day. /

They also asked me to re-send the photos, which I did (delivered to Montreal office by Dec-18th). No news since then......
