Today I login in my gc account it says application updated but no change in application 2nd time it shows application submitted its Ghost update after medical pass or just a system glitch ...

Your AR is June/2/2020. You have not received PAL, which means you may not pass eligibility. Many May ARs before you wait for DM after PAL and MP... It is less chance you got DM. Hope it is a new wave for all May and June AR of 2020. Please share with us if you got DM.

If you have GU after MP, it means they're processing on another task ( should be Security task ). GU after Security passed means DM. Only my opinion based on research and from others' experiences.

Info Sharing: Complete
Security: Not Started

January 20th: Two GU
Phoned IRCC and they confirmed Security passed (completing the background step) and file was transferred to local office. Next step will be email on DM.

My question is: has any recently approved (DM or COPR) had their file transferred from Sydney CIO to a local office? If yes, how long did that last step take for final approval?

Well it sometimes dissapear for 1-2 days, and then back on. Don't worry.

So you mean he should receive PAL before he can receive DM and COPR?

Congratulation for getting the response of the webform. I have been waiting for that since Dec/31. It varies from 0 day to 44 days. By the way, have you ever called cic to know your status, eligibility and criminality? If yes, please share the result here.
