Based on this forum, I guess it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get PR Card after eCoPR. Is that right?

I am waiting since Dec 18th for the eCoPR. That is 6 plus weeks.

thats long wait..i feel u should definitely try reaching out to IRCC.. sitting ideal will not help.. i dont think anybody has waited this long till now unless any issue.. hope you get your COPR soon

Same for me. I have updated the address, photo etc on Dec 19, 2020. Havn't received my eCOPR yet.

I called IRCC on 1-888-242-2100, after multiple options that they provided, system said that it could not connect me to the Agent, please try later or use web form.

You need to try multiple time till they transfer u to agent

It will appear again once the eCOPR is issued. I sumbitted everything on Dec 24th and got ecopr in Jan 22nd, it will come some

Congratulations..but even after address approval it took almost 2 weeks for getting ecopr I thought once address approved u should get immediately?

I guess address confirmed is re-declaration in the portal which all did.
