Hi Everyone,
I'm currently a valid F1 student residing in the US while pursuing my MBA & would be graduating by Dec' 21. So, will it be a good idea to file for PR through FSW express entry before my graduation? If selected a Master's degree while applying(before graduation), is there any flexibility to provide my degree credentials at a later stage after receiving ITA?

You can't say you have a Master's until you have actually finished your Master's. You need to get your degree assessed before you'll be able to claim the points. You can't get the degree assessed until it's actually been awarded.
No, there is no flexibility to provide your degree credentials at a later stage.
Thank you so much, Scylla.
Also, is it better to go for CELPIP rather than IELTS?

It's really up to you. Either is fine.
