Usually 2 - 3 months, due to Covid I think they're officially mentioning 4 - 5 months.

I got a biometric fees reminder which i paid 4 weeks ago and sent receipt thru webform. Now I’m waiting for biometric instruction letter. Anyone have an idea after how many days/weeks to expect that letter ?

You should submit the webform again
As well as tell them about your previous webform

I called them and talked to an agent last Monday. He attached my receipt on my file and i also got confirmation email as well. But I’m just wondering how much time it takes to receive bil ?

Good, do it upfront and submit via webform along with your Application number.

I've just had my medical exams done. IRCC says it takes about three months to process the results of those exams once they get them from the panel physician. But does anyone know how long after IRCC tells you you've passed the medical exams someone receives its COPR?

No its not mandatory, it can be done after visa officer request
