All cases are from Nov/December except one from 29 July 2019 for which the progress bar after link shows 83%. I am speculating a flood of AOR's in next few days. However those who are sharing it publicly till now are French and Chinese only.

Hi, I applied for PR in March 2019 and this is my current status on the CIC website.
Application received March 29, 2019 100% complete
Estimated completion date: January 29, 2021
I didn't use an agent so not sure of what the next steps are.... Can you guys please guide me on what are the next steps? I am going to receive a decision letter or something similar? Thanks!
Hi everyone. I hope everyone is doing well. I’m now facing a problem that’s bothering me so much.
So the story is: I sent my PR (QSW) application a few days back by mail. Since my birth certificate was not in French nor in English, I indeed made a certified translation for it. However on top of the translation document, I didn’t know I had to get a certified copy of it as well, and I only submitted the translation + my birth certificate scanned (with a stamp of the certified translator).
This basically means I didn’t fulfill the requirements for translated documents, specifically for my birth certificate. Everything else is good. Now given the enormous wait time before CIC checks the completeness of files and issues AOR,
1. would they consider my file incomplete? And
2. what’d happen if they returned my file when my CSQ would expire or would have expired? This is the point I’m the most concerned with.
I sincerely wish someone could provide me with some insight on the 2 questions I’m asking. Thank you very much!
it was just for a par time babysitting gig—family was nice enough to sponsor a visa so I could stay in the country while I wait on my PR. Back then I thought I’d have my PR by now after applying in Oct 2019

Hi everyone. Does anyone know whether there's any way QSW applicants can supply additional documents to IRCC on their own, as in without being requested for? My situation is that I should have included a certified copy of a document that's neither in English nor in French, but I only included a normal photocopy of it. So that would no longer qualify as a certified translated document required by IRCC. Therefore, I need to supply the certified copy before my application will be considered incomplete and then returned to me.
If anyone has had similar experiences as me, please kindly share what you have done to deal with this problem.

If you used a certified translator to get the translation, they must've included a copy of the original document with the translation. This copy usually includes a stamp on it saying "this is a true copy".
I think you should send them a web form with a scan of the certified copy of the document. If you're very worried, you can try calling them and asking them what your next step should be. I usually prefer web forms as it results in proof that you communicated with them.

That's great! Guess we're on the same boat and all we can do is wait. From what I've understood, our applications are waiting for the security checks to finish. If you want to know exactly what's holding your application back, you can order GCMS notes as per ATIP.
My application was received in Nov 2018 and it's been 100% complete since Sep 2020. My CBSA notes suggest that security checks have not yet started. My GCMS notes clearly state that security: not started. If I send a web form or call the IRCC, all they say is, "your application is being processed." In their reply, they also suggest, "due to covid-19 we cannot do or say anything."
