Print a copy of the COPR letter and send that to the address mention at the top along with two photos. One photo must need a stamp of Photo Studio and your name and UCI. Name and UCI can be handwritten. Please read the instructions before sending to avoid PR card application delay. Congratulations!

you can have multiple application at same times under different categories. Note they both are separate application. Stick with both application. You have to pay another fees for express Entry. If you express entry got approved first another one will be withdrawn automatically. There is no harm in applying for both . I’m 100% sure you can submit both . Don’t worry and go ahead. You can use medical exam and same pcc for express entry unless it’s expired.

One factor is a upfront medical. I suggest to do upfront in around 7 months after AR.
