I don't want to be pessimistic but around 40% of users never return to update their status. I get this percent by looking at 2019-June CEC. You might add another 20% or 30% to that 30% for those who got their PPR and didn't update their status.

And then there are people like me who's info is deleted for some reason and can't update it.

a “recommended pass” in eligibility is a required step before the “pass”. So, no concern there. Unless there’s something specific on the analyst noted.

Thank you. I called yesterday and agent said analyst has left lots of notes but right now they don’t need anything from my end. O have ordered GCMS notes as well. So little worried

I hope it should not go that way . If medical is passed with M1 S1 grade then approving officer can extend the medical expiry at their discretion. I read this info in this forum only.

im upset that they just didnt extend my meds i have m1 s1 grade too on my notes.

At the 7 month mark today.
Current status: Medical passed.
Country of residence: India
Don’t know how long before i lose it.
I can wait for the PR but i just wanna go back there. Next month i will be completing my one year of return from Canada(work permit expired).
i just hope everybody gets the good news bcz i can totally understand the frustration of waiting that long. Had left behind a lot there. Now i just want my old life back.

yes, AOR is when they acknowledge the receipt of your application which is usually the same day u submit it.

Any idea on how long it takes for final decision if every thing is passed.its been more than a month after everything is passed. And dependent who was in India moved to Canada on open work permit. Is there a way to update them. Already called agent and asked to update contact address. Is anything else required? Kindly help
