Yesterday I couriered all the documents to BLS for PCC but forgot to courier the draft with the postal documents.

What should I do now ?

I applied for my police clearance certificate on 18/01/2021. The status was changed to "PCC application is under review at Indian Embassy/Consulate. " on 19/01/2021. After that, there is no update and I contacted my police station in India and they didn't receive a request yet. Does this status mean they didn't process it and send it to India yet?

I've sent out the additional documents to BLS Brampton (via Email), but, haven't received any acknowledgement from them ( It's practically impossible to get in touch with them on the phone number they have listed)

My friend had applied for PCC in August and he is expecting an ITA in next Draw so most probably he will submit his application on end of Feb, is that PCC valid for him or he need to apply new ?

If he did not go back to India after that PCC Issued should be fine still CIC can ask again if they want.
According to the Website its okay
