I don't see any way we can avoid doing second medical

Parents will go for medicals again.

It shows June 17 ,2019 received date where else you are saying about creation date?

If your parents are in Canada, Indian embassy issue the
"This is not a Birth Certificate but a Certificate of the Date of Birth. Applicants are advised to check the acceptability of this Certificate with the authorities before obtaining this Certificate.

Application for certificate of birth is accepted through the outsourced ageny BLS International."
This is acceptable by IRCC.

No, the application address is for PA ( your father), it is no where related to dependant.

There are so many documents in India like PAN card, Adhaar card, Passports etc all have date of birth but the concern is - which document accepted by IRCC?

Hello all,
I have two questions.
I have to update CIC with my parents new passports (renewed). Should I just do it through web form or any other way as well?
And should I just scan the first and last page of passports or all the pages needs to be scanned (even bank ones)?

web form is the best way. You only need to scan the first and last page as it is a brand new passport
