Hi,
I am AOR, 18th Dec, and got my BIL today but with no medicals passed? Does it seem OK? and how long should I wait for the medical pass? It is possible to have BIL sooner than Medical Pass??
AOR 15 Dec.
I got my BIL yesterday.
Currently I don't see any appointment slots for biometric anywhere near me (I am in US). Anyone else in the same soup?
Usually IMM5645 is required for temporary visa (student/worker/visitor). However if the officer has assessed that he/she requires you to provide this information it is best to provide it. Its basically family information - parents, siblings, spouse and children, their date of birth, marital status, address, occupation etc.

It's been asked for both me and my wife. So, when my wife fills out the form to complete her family details, would she be the "applicant" and I'll be the "spouse"?

Same thing for me. It's all over the USA. Not sure if its because of the new administration or COVID-19 or both. But I plan on just heading over to my local one and hope I get it done before April 22.

Also for those in the USA, so hope it gets resolved within 90 days:

The ASC appointment scheduler is currently unavailable. We’ll update this page when the tool is fixed or another solution is available. Thank you for your patience.

Yes, that's correct. You and your spouse will swap places. Children, if any, will remain same in both forms. Parents and siblings will, of course, differ in each form.

Look up VACs in Seattle, NYC and San Francisco, all three are open for biometric appointments at least next week (I don't think have they have a schedule available for the weeks after next week). I got an appointment in Seattle https://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/USA/biometrics.html
Today there was an update on my profile. The update was that the progress bar appeared today but my concern is there is not Mep or BIL?
And idea? What’s going on?
