All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

Hello All,

I am an Aug 2019 applicant (for my Kid), received pre-arrival in July 2020 and after that no update...Medical expired in Oct 2020...

As nothing was happening so I applied for TRV in Nov 2020, Last week I got Medical Request for TRV (completed it), tried to find but couldn't find anyone who has got Medical Request for TRV...

Is there anyone in similar situation? Or have any idea about 'what next'...please help.

Our application is nearing 1 year mark with only 20 days left but still no update..the status is applocation received since March 2020...If NDVO dont complete files there wouod be huge backlogs..Why is there no updates from spouse applications

Family class is feeling jealous of student as IRCC is prioritizing student, and students are wasting money on online study and begging to IRCC on twitter to do something.
but in real no one is getting prioritized.

I saw on facebook for spousal application group. People who had applied in Jan 2020 are getting updates. Their files went in process in Dec 2020. And couple of them got pre arrival on 14 and 15th jan 2021. I am worried since status for PA still shows "Application Received".

I haven't contacted my MP yet but I will now. I am from Grande Prairie.

Average processing time for Outland spousal sponsorship is changed to 17 months from being 12 months in the past, and for inland it’s 15 months.

If you read the article it says IRCC is in process to digitalize paper applications so officers can work remotely.

Also, IRCC is conducting online interviews and this is in early stages.

I live in Whitecourt, contacted my MP and was advised to contact again once we cross the 1 year mark.

My application is crossed 15 months, i have contacted my MP so many times same response they are working on background check.
My MP was not helpful at all.
