Has anyone received an invitation without a VJO? It looks like they have only processed people with VJOs and diplomats(?) in 2020. Did they stop accepting other expressions of interest due to covid?
I don't understand how if they target 20k economic immigrants annually they can draw only a few hundred Arrima applicants. Where are the rest of the economic immigrants coming from? PEQ?
No, they only drawed Bill-9, VJO, diplomat. Yes, the vast majority of quebec economic immigration are peq. It is expected to dip as the new peq rule kicks in.
