I’m new here and I’m getting confused with all the abbreviations and I really don’t know where to start, I would appreciate some help

I just received SINP nomination through Occupation in Demand and I would like to start the PR application process. I waited over 12months to get nomination and it was very tiring to wait that long AO I would really appreciate your help to ensure that I don’t make any silly mistake that will increase my waiting time again.

please tell me, what do I need to know as I am now gathering my documents for my PR application.

Some ppl with similar timeline are PR or have Dm's. IRCC can shock any timeline.

Yep

Although that means Sydney will send my papers to Ontario local office now to get the PR issued and with Ontario stay-at-home + restricted lockdown i suspect that might take a while

Can you confirm after you passed Medical (upfront) what was your security status? passed, not started or in process?

No, before DM. @midn confirmed the security didn't start a few days ago through cic call. Now he got DM, which means security doesn't take too long if it has been started.

No idea tbh, i called the automated phone-robot right now and it still says "Reviewing eligibility and processing background checks"

No, you have to talk with the agent. The phone-robot is not up to date. How about ghost update? Did you check your GCKey?
