Hi Guys, I have a question... what if one of the parents pass away at this stage :,(... how do I update IRCC and what do I have to submit... can I add another dependent to the form instead at this stage ...

you cannot add another dependent but you will have to notify IRCC about the death of the applicant and send in a death certificate.

How do you submit your parents' documents?
Usually by mail or email?

In the letter, it does mention, by email would be faster.

"In order to facilitate faster processing, please send these documents by email to: IRCC.CPCMParentsandGrandparents-Parentsetgrands-parentsCTDM.IRCC@cic.gc.ca "

Try submitting them by webform as well

My mothers application was received on 13 May 2019 dependents are my brother and sister ( all are here on visitor visa )
Medicals done Nov 2019
pre arrival letter 17 Dec 2019
Visa Office - NDVO

Since then it was dead silence

Order notes multiple times nothing specials, MP followed up couple time nothing special changes

Today I saw a update in MYCIC that you have passed the medicals 15 JAN 2021.

Ecas are still same

Anybody familiar with next process from here

Our application file is with Singapore LVO and not CPC Mississauga. So PPR or COPR will probably issue by Singapore LVO not sure if I’m right.

My application date is 14 june 2019.AOR date is 23 October 2019.Ecas showing IN PROCESS since 28 January 2020. No progress at all.no SA letter no biometric no medical. In Sept/Oct applied for GCMS notes.written case pending for review by a case officer. Yesterday talked with IRCC agent.he said your sponsor ship approval done in October 2020 but due to shortage of manpower we couldn't issue you SA letter.he said due to covid 19 they are working with 25%staff.so this my application 's tale of story.

In the Interest to Sponsor form, I entered my fathers names separately in family name and given name section, however, in his passport, his complete name is mentioned under given name. Will this be an issue??? as guide says - your information should match with the information you entered in interest to sponsor form"

I have similar timelines, and awaiting medicals. The only correspondence we have received is when they requested my birth certificate almost a year ago. Nothing after that.

Did they provide any timelines? We are touching 20 month mark.

Fyi: The medical validity was extended for 1 year, the landing date given up to Nov 2021.
