Tbh I hope it's not to extend our waiting time. I am gonna call CIC tomorrow to enquire about my medicals and see if they know anything about the bar and will let you know

Hi everyone,

Today I received an AOR with a temporary application number for Federal self employed application.
I am not sure this is the actual AOR or whether this is some sort of a new PRE-AOR due to COVID, as the application number is temporary.

Application Received at Nova Scotia: 2nd July 2020

Is it possible that CIC got rid of the processing bar altogether as it kept progressing based on number weeks passed since file submission and had no connection with real processing of the file. For example someone’s bar progressed from 30 to 50 percent without a single stage being completed and what if that someone called CIC and got a reply your file has not even been touched yet or completed single stage and yet the processing bar has moved 20 percent lol what would CIC reply to that and I wonder due to coronavirus delay there would be many such instances.It ‘s just my guess who knows its comes back anytime soon.

Processing bar is useless anyways, I have seen some applicants got copr on 50% or 60% specially inlands, and some got 100% complete and still waiting for MR

I am so happy I got my COPR like 5 mins ago. IRCC working late, they also say I should send off my photos for my card. I guess my VO not doing to the virtual PR thing
