So the PROGRESS BAR has disappeared from my account. Even the preceding note of "Your application is taking us too long to process" is also gone.
Who else noticed?
It's like everything has come to a standstill. This is getting more confusing by the day.
From experience, the progress bar disappears after your application has passed normal time .....so I will advice you call them often at least once every week to know the development in your account,mine disappeared in January 2020, it took so long (October2020)before they started work on my account due to COVID-19.....make sure u call them to let them u want to know the progress so they can take you serious...and the moment they open your account back,it takes a month to get the PPR

It’s different this time. The progress bar disappeared for a lot of people with normal processing times, those with PPR also. Mine is also gone and my percentage before it disappeared was 74%, I have PPR.
Hello guys, my passport and that of my spouse got to IRCC office in accra since 30.12.2020 but i haven't received any approval in my account or counterfoil update but it seems everyone with same date as mine has received.. does anyone have an idea what my issue might be? thanks.
I haven't received an extension or remeds request. I have however booked an appointment for remeds on 17 Feb 2021(this is the earliest available date) just in case I'm requested to do remeds.
If by that date, I haven't been asked for remeds, I'll just go ahead with it. I really don't want to sit around and wait.

Hello everyone, I just got my gcms notes so sad that my file has still not been touched. They haven’t updated my new passport number , the gcms note states the same thing the last time I ordered ; eligibility recommended pass, security not started, criminality passed. This really saddens me today, I honestly don’t know what to do now
Accra VO is a problem tho. No updates since application was approved by the ottawa office in March. Does anyone have a number i can disturb with phone calls.
This is the same issue my husband and I are facing. He is Oct 2019 applicant. We have requested for GMCS note and realized our application have not been touched since March. Web form has been sent and calls placed still nothing. We just found out our application is in Accra while we were thinking it’s been in Lagos because we saw that it was transferred for further processing in ‘mission Lagos’. It’s getting depressing and confusing. No idea what to do

Their webchat works. If you can't get through with the call, chat them up, I was able to chat with someone today via that tracking link you will see webchat. I was told my passport hasn't been dispatched yet.. dunno why even though I hear their is a racket going on with dispatch.. if you want to get it fast you tip a particular guy N2500 to dispatch ASAP... I will patiently wait!!!
