Can you help me to understand GCMS notes:
1. Review Required: Stat Questions
my USA VV was refused and i mentioned about my USA visa in stat questions.
2. CEC Parked Case due to- Other: UCI Verification
I don't understand this thing.
My brother lives in Toronto. He informed me today that they have imposed curfew there. Not sure how it will effect our applications. I don't know if IRCC allows WFH but this sounds bad. In the sense that the sooner things get back to normal the better but it seems like we are regressing.
Heard that too but don't think it will stop IRCC from working.
Most are delayed, but some are being released on time. It depends on multiple factors, as in where your application is being processed, the stage it is at and the staffing at IRCC ATIP.

1. If you answered yes to any stat questions, you will see review required, this is just to verify why your visa was refused, was it due to criminality, misrepresentation etc.
2. IRCC will verify your status in Canada, as your UCI number remains the same for all applications. I somes case IRCC may inadvertently issue you a new UCI, which they will have to correct. So check your UCI in your work permit and PR application is it the same?

Called today just now, been informed that on the 7th of December, my file has been moved forward to HONGKONG visa office which is my primary visa office now and hence they no longer have any information on their end.

Hey @armaanwadhwa , few days back I asked u about the impact of biometrics completion on processing the files as I was planning to go Kathmandu for this , but I am unable to get any appointment there. We both being Indians , I would like to ask for ur suggestion to visit any other country for biometrics where covid protocol is bit lenient. I have tried for Abu Dhabi but their quarantine plans are inhibiting me .
