Adding spouse to existing PNP PR Application

Hello everyone, I need little guidance to
Apply for GCM notes, if anyone applied with added spouse which option we have to select for whim we applying for (there are options for yourself or someone else)? Or I have to apply separately for both of us? I am concern if they will share info for my spouse too when I apply under option for myself/ using my UCI number?
Please guide I was thinking to apply from last few months but was waiting for reply from cic but as per agent they even didn’t start my spouse background who os already added almost two years.

Actually I was reading about these travel restrictions, isn't the news about US CANADA borders? The borders are closed untill Feb 21st. It isn't for INDIA CANADA. Is it correct?
