Thanks for your reply. My wife and I also submitted our RCMP criminality check through a 3rd party. We have cleared our medicals.
My wife has submitted her biometrics in 2019, so her biometrics details has been updated in the cic account. I haven't given biometrics before, and my biometrics details are still left unfilled. And I didn't get the BIL either.
So I just wanted to ask you, did your wife get BIL?

I am FSW inland and so far I haven't received an RCMP request yet but I put a copy of my study permit and PGWP in my Client Info and current job info here in Canada.

You won/t receive any request from CIC to submit RCMP record check. I submitted it with my application anyways.

No, we are not. I submitted it anyways. Now I my medicals are passed but I didnt get BIL. So I assuming that CIC has taken my biometrics from RCMP. I just wanted to know is there anyone else here who is in the same boat?

Hello, cec inland with AOR of Nov 27th. Received email that I passed medicals on Jan 7th but I have not received a BIL letter. Is this normal?

Happened to me as well. AOR Nov 5, MEP on Dec 16. Didn't get BIL till now. Havent submitted biometrics before either.
Did you submit RCMP Criminality record check with your application by any chance? Because I did, and I assume that's the reason I am not asked to submit biometrics. Will call CIC to confirm. Will let you know what they say.

4. Eligibility - Yet to start
5. Criminality - In Progress
6. Security - Yet to start

I'll call them in a few days too! My AOR is 4th Nov. MEP was 14th Dec & biometrics was 5th Jan. This pace seems really promising.
