You can pay for return courier charges now to arrange drop off of your PCC or you should collect in personal when it is ready. This was the procedure followed at BLS Brampton when walk-ins were welcomed. Hope this will help.

Do we have to submit the original passport and work permit? It is mentioned on the BLS website but not on the consulate general website. Please advise.

I applied through BLS Edmonton, and I did not have to submit the original.

BLS Brampton will not want you to submit your original documents, though they've mentioned but when I contacted them for same they said no need to submit originals just sign the photocopies ( I forgot to sign so make sure you do yours.)
