I'm Dec 2018 Outland applicant. Still no MR!
I guess it is something to do with applications received in 2018! Don’t know why they are on hold?
Are you all 2018 pending applicants outlands?

Random Security check (high level) is very possible, due to our situation.
There are three main reasions for deep Security

-Duplication of name in blacklist
-Randomly
Pray for us.

Hi all,
I sent my PR application since August 2020. Canada Post tracking shown that my documents arrived in Sydney 03 September 2020.
Since then I didn’t receive anything, even the temporary AOR.
Is this normal? I see on facebook groups that many people sent their applications on October, even December and received their temporary AOR already..
What should I do?
Thank you

You can call them and ask for the XEP number or submit a webform asking for it
I wish what you are saying is valid! I applied in July 2018, my green status line has been 100% since May 2020. During 2018 processing time was an 8 months wait and today in 2021, its 26 months wait time. My medicals expired in November 2020 although as known the COPR should have been produced before medicals expire to be able to travel to Canada. There is really no correlation to hold on in terms of how long processing takes. The only thing we aim for is patience and one day to receive the "Golden e-mail" as everyone has named it.
Are you an inland or outland applicant?
A friend of mine got an invitation to apply for the PR for an express entry program in June 2020 and he just received the COPR. Its only 6-7 months...
He just called me like right now and I was really happy for him, however I do feel down a bit as am not sure why IRCC is like pushing QSW applicants away!!
The 26 months on the check processing time page is nothing but bulxxxx, I do know many of you are even 2018 applicants who have not even received the MR, this is unfair....
Hi everyone, updating my timeline. Applied Feb 14 2019 AOR April 19 2019
Pre arrival mail : March 9 2020
MR Nov 9 2020
MR approved nov 26, 2020
Decision Made dec 1st ,2020
COPR Jan 7th 2021
Inland applicant, Sydney office. Single applicant.
Hello, are you working in the medical services? Did you get any priority in the process of your application? And which country you are originally from? And which immigration program you applied for?
Thanks

For Quebec related PR , the process normally takes less time then EE as its only security check which takes long time ( may be around 3-4 months becuase EE also has this step and they complete within this timeline ) and what we have seen currently Medical is super fast max a month . so rest of the months are just do nothing..hence process can be made more faster then EE but no idea why 26 months its too much waiting time...

He nearly finishes the complete PR process within the waiting time of my GCMS notes.

What a funny story
Somebody has to tell it to Trudeau's government.
I know you’ve been waiting longer than me. Unfortunately.
I am stuck at security step. The worst and the most unknown part. Let’s see what will my notes say.
I think the major thing that effects both of our applications is our countries/birth places.
How do you know that you are stuck at the security step? Did they tell you at the phone?
