I think they are doing it for Kitchener also. They used to do it in summer and then they stopped i guess some offices are going back to that routine

No, they only asked her to submit 1 photo and it says the same on the copr. the lady who called said she will receive the card in 6 days . She sent photo as requested but through regular mail so in two weeks she would receive the card maybe. But right now I'm more concerned about mine. I prefer they do the phone interview for me too, cause it seems more thorough.
