Cool buddy, call again next week, I am surely your eligibility will be passed!
by the way.. Now I am actually worried, could they override the PASSED ELIGIBILITY to UNDER REVIEW once they receive my silly Webform? This is crazy ...

There is an inconsistency though.
This time they r telling me that eligibility is passed, and criminality and security haven’t started lol ...
Last time they were saying criminality is passed. So I specially asked the gal, is it for sure that eligibility is passed? She said yes. The information I got last time wasn’t correct. This time is correct.
and they haven’t received my webform regarding to the NOC rectification. Feeling soooo silly .. I shouldn’t even have thought about sending a webform in the first place ! God bless!
In my webform I said I might have committed a mistake in my NOC choice. as I put straight 6321CHEFs... So I was actually rectifying my earlier experiences to 6322COOKs, a more junior role.
Though both NOC are under the same category type B. I was just worried I might get into trouble by choosing straight away the senior role in my earlier experiences.

Hello
Thanks 4 the information so far, got few questions. Appreciate any help
1. Received ADR for background information IMM5669, I filled and submitted. Noticed that some dates on my online application had a few gaps 1 or 2 months not accounted for, so I adjusted accordingly in ADR (now online application and ADR) have small differences in travel history portion (does not change my requirements for PCC in any of the country I have visited), do you think this will cause my application to be rejected?
2. My timeline is
Program: EE
ITA: Sep 16th
AOR: Oct 25th
ADR: Dec 2nd
Dec 3rd...we are reviewing the additional documents you provided (same status now)
MEP: Dec 4th
BIL: Dec 4th
Biometrics completed: Dec 8th
Background check: we are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information
Is this good timeline and what stage do you think I may be in now?
Thanks in adv
Posting again, I noticed my final decision changed to "your application is on progress, we will send you a message once the final decision is made", everything remains same
Can anyone advise if to call them or just wait it out? Thanks

Call again tomorrow/in a week and you will learn that Eligibility not started and criminality passed, etc.
Verbal communication does not guarantee anything.
Hello,
Could someone who is based out of Canada apply for GCMS notes?
Read at few places and understand that people who are inland, only can apply for the same.
Thanks..
Any [1] Canadian citizen, [2] permanent resident or [3] individual present in Canada has the right.
The Canadian citizen or permanent resident does not even have to be present in Canada
To prove that you have the right to make a request, you must provide one of the following documents: a copy of your Canadian passport or your permanent resident card, or an official document that demonstrates you are currently living in Canada (i.e. a driver's license, bill with proof of address, work/study/visitor permit, etc). Only one (1) document is required. Your Social Insurance Number (SIN) will not be accepted.
