Finally after what seemed to be the millionth call to IRCC I managed to speak to an agent and update is as follows:
Eligibility: recommended passed (no change)
Security: pending- not started
BG: in progress (per agent theyre on the last part of the BG check)
Criminality: passed
Med: expired (per agent possibly extended or I have to take re- medical but with current situation they will most likely extend)

The BGC includes Criminality, security and info sharing.
In your MyCIC account, you will see the BGC status change twice, once early in the process when the criminality and info sharing is done, and then go back to NA, and then again when security is initiated.
An average Security screening takes 110 days, and is initiated after the eligibility is conclusively passed.

The only thing you can do is wait and try to stay sane.
I'm in the same boat: AOR July 15 – CEC Inland + spouse – medial passed and biometric done Oct 27.
No updates after that. I hope we will see some movement soonish.
You could call IRCC and talk to an agent to inquire your current status. 1-888-242-2100
fsw inland here, my bio completed is Nov 30th. I have two ghost update so far, the nearest is December 31st( my medical passed changed to we do not need your medical exam). My background went into ip2 after bio complete. I hope I can receive the email soon. But fsw is behind Cec I guess for the priority.
Thanks. I was referring to some of the other threads after Jul 2020 for applications whose meds expired while files were in process, where during that time at least the officers were requesting either remeds or extension through medical re-evals within 1-2 months after the expiry but now it seems they are not touching the applications at all.
I spoke to one of the IRCC agents today and she said IRCC is working with 25% staff capacity at CPC Ottawa office and officers have to go to office to process applications (not sure how true is this or whether officers are taking turns to go to office). Please let me know if you get any updates on your medicals/application. All the best! Meanwhile, I am trying to be more patient and hopeful.

Not true, CEC has been tremendously slow as well. On MyImmiTracker there were no CEC approvals for two whole weeks in December. FSW is a bit more consistent. In some FSW cases, it only took 3 months to get approved.
Also, the IP1/IP2 stages aren't relevant anymore. Nowadays it's anything goes with IRCC.
