Hi all, could someone please help me with the question below?
My friend is holding a post graduate work permit and he applied the TRV with the work permit. He is currently outside Canada and without a job offer. If he wants to travel back to Canada, can he apply for the extended family authorization (as he his girlfriend is a PR and they have dated over a year) and comes back without the job offer? The problem is, for extended family authorization, we are always talking about visitor visa. But he is holding a work permit and a working visa. In this case is the job offer mandatory? Not sure it the visa type matters of entering into Canada.

Is job offer not mandatory to re-enter Canada now with a post graduate work permit? As long as we can prove that we normally live in Canada? But what do we need to prove this?
