I am not expert but i think upfront medical is a good idea because you cab submit it whenever they ask and it helps to speed up the process

Yes endorsement approval letter together with work permit referral letter.

2. What stage am I in? I haven't seen Background check change at all, but I have had at least three ghost updates already (maybe four, lost count)
3. Do you think I should do RCMP check now - will I likely be asked to supply?

I thought they normally run the Canadian police certificate by their own. When was your AOR? Have they requested MR?

Ahh, maybe. We’ll find out soon! November 20th AOR. No MR request.

Why is it that someone whose AR was July 31st posted that he or she received his/her AOR few weeks ago.. yet some of us submitting way earlier are still waiting?? I thought they would work on a first come, first served basis.. must be some officers slacking more than others..
