Its depend on the category of the visa type and the medical expiration.
If its work visa or study visa then it will take 7-10 days , for PR applicant it is taking long.

I don’t think it takes 7-10 for work or study. Mine is work visa still waiting from almost 15 days

Pickup On 9th December. And it reached IRCC on 14th December

Sorry but I even don’t know the estimated time but after hearing from many students I found that the average time to get copr is 15-20 days even few got early 10-13 days( but remember they all submitted it in the month of November) students who submitted after 10 th December will probably get delays because there were in total 5 holidays so wait you will get it soon
