On 19th of Dec. I received the mail and on 22nd of Dec I received the re-med request...

You can try visitor visa(if they approve) or you could have added your spouse in this application even after your PR is approved. Usually spousal sponsorship takes around 12 and it may take more time during Covid.

I would suggest to add in this if you are in a good condition in India(with job and good financial back up, not in a hurry to move to Canada).

As far as I know, it does not allow you for work permit. Work Permit has a separate application.
I also added my spouse in my application after analyzing all these things.

For what you want to go through agent or lawyer? I did everything myself. Can you please elaborate?

Guys today I got imm forms and now status of my application has changed. Old coprs are removed. I never raised ryt but got remed request. Got 3 imm forms for me my wife and kid.anyone with similar experience?

Same for me too. COPR expired on 21-Aug-2020. Never raised any any webform saying ready to travel.Medical expired on 8-Dec-2020 without any extension. Got IMM forms for re medical for myself and spouse but not for my 1 year old kid.Got 90 days to complete remedical.

I read another case where a PR husband sponsored the wife and kid. Wife got the re med request but nothing for the kid. but he raised the ready to travel form.
