Medical not updated

Hi. My friend gave medical on 18th November and hospital has submitted her medical results on 24th November. But her medical isn’t updated yet on GCKey. Last week she got pre arrival services letter. Can anyone help us regarding this matter??
P.S. Her country of birth was also wrong in her file but then she raised web form and they said her query is resolved now. Even though it’s not updated yet on ECAS.

ECAS and GCkey accounts are not getting updated all the time these days. If your friend checked with the hospital if it was sent then it probably was, send a web form to try and get confirmation. Getting pre-arrival means the eligibility requirements have been met, meaning medical should have been received by them.

Hi. She called hospital again. They’re saying that they have already submitted her medical results. And reports are normal too. She will send webform in January. The thing is on her ECAS, country of birth is still same as before. It’s just so confusing. Neither her medical is updated nor country of birth is changed. Just she got pre arrival services letter. No progress afterwards

This happened to us. It was not showing in gckey, we called ircc and they confirmed they had received the medical and it passed and the next day it updated in gckey

We called IRCC as well but they told us if we submitted results, then it will be updated.

In our case, we got an email that there was correspondence for us in gckey. Can't recall if the email also contained the pre-arrival attachment.
