If this helps, I made the exact same mistake as well as others on the family form. I sent an updated form through webform and it was accepted.

Send a web form now with the updated form and an explanation but since you don't have AOR yet you won't know if it catches up with your file so I would suggest sending it again as soon as you get AOR with your UCI number if they don't acknowledge having received it before then.

I submitted the spousal visa application for my wife and it got delivered on October 1st. I just realized that I have sent the photocopy of her Indian PCC and did not send the original.

What is the process to send the original to them?

Will this be a reason for them to return the application?
