Monday's date. I'm less than 2km from their office, so I'm sure mail is faster to here than other areas in PQ. I paid by credit card, yes.

Edit: Always check the French version, it's updated far more frequently.

They're currently finalising applications received in October, so it's about around a 1-2 month wait according to the MIDI.

When we did call on the 14th they told us they are still processing October applicants. 4 days later we received our CSQ
