Did you find out what the update info is?
I had a similar situation. it doesn't turns out pretty well......I had two updates in August(same day) , one shows the same as yours (your list No. 4), and the other is MR. Somehow my agent just received the MR and they said they never received anything else( I double checked them back then and their answer is that the two should refer to the same thing, which is MR). And.......two days ago(more than 4 MONTHS later) they received that request again, for the second. It's IMM5546F. And I should supply it no later than 21 Dec.
I am still trying to figure it out what it is happening to me ?? But I strongly suggest that you'd better figure it out with your agent, and do not let it go before easily. Good luck!

I did not figure it out yet. My agent claims they did not receive any correspondence yet. They were saying there could be a delay between ECAS update and when they actually receive the official communication! am aint sure about it thu, I hope they aint just sleeping as the holidays are at the doorstep. I hope its the MR, will keep you updated. finger crossed....

What if, the "paper application package" reveals as incomplete perhaps due to any missing signature or documents....?

They hired a company to scan all the paper applications. That's the raison for the delay.

Just wondering if someone in this group or any of your friends got their "paper application package" returned with expired CSQ inside it?
If yes, then how do they going to obtain an another CSQ with valid dates?

XEP number received in Nov 2020.
Daughter's CSQ will expire in Jan 2021
My and spouse CSQ will expire in June 2021.

If you apply for federal stage before your CSQ expires, there will be no issue. You just have to insure you apply before the CSQ expires. If it expires before you apply to the federal stage, then that is a different case altogether.

Can you call you VO for more information? When I received a MR request the ECAS information and the letter my lawyer sent me were the exact same day. Maybe there is a delay, just keep eye on it.

I follow a weekly Q&A sections of immigration lawyer on YouTube. He shares a lot of useful information. The only downfall is that he is not in Quebec, but on federal level he has been very resourceful.

If your ECAS says it was received by IRCC, don't worry. As long as you submitted for federal processing and it was received before the CSQ expires, then no need to worry.

Do you have at least an XEP number? If so no worries.

FYI - With XEP number you can't link your QSWP application. It's just a temporary number till people get AOR. IRCC hasn't given any explanation as to the efficacy of XEP number.

I hope they accept the application of our friend @Altit as he already applied. But not sure how IRCC will handle these types of applications. I wish all good luck and may we see all our COPR's in the new year to come.
