My wife's SOWP was approved yesterday and the approval letter was uploaded on the account today. I understand that the official permit will arrive in the mail.
My question is can we apply for a new SIN now? Or do we have to wait for the document before we can do that so that she can resume her work?

CONGRATS! She did not applied at the same time that you applied your PGWP, right? When did she apply? I applied on Sep 29, but not at the same time that my husband applied for his PGWP. So, I am waiting for...Thanks!

Now September month request are processed. I got my approval on 27th Nov. Submitted on 5th September

21st September approved today ..from a whatsap group.

Guys is there anyone who's medical is expired or extended for PR application and they did not provide a new medical for bowp ?

At the time I applied for bowp my medical was expired but later found it has extended till next October. Now I am not sure if officer processing bowp will ask a new medical or accept the extension by officer processing my pr application.

Here is my timeline.

My employer's Lawyer applied my spouse's open WP application on 17th Sept 2020.
IRCC send approval letter on 14th Dec 2020.

Total time in processing : 14+31+30+13 = 88 days.

WP has yet to arrive in mail at my lawyer's address. From there it will arrive in mail to my own address.

None. It was an in Canada application with covid guidelines.
