my re-medicals were passed a month ago, no PPR yet. Ottawa VO, final decision pending

It’s for those whose medicals should have expired changing to not required and then back to passed in a recent date. Takes less than 10days to PPR.

I honestly do not know as I do not login to the portal often. My medical results were uploaded Oct-14th 2019, and hence it was set to expire Oct-14th 2020. I guess I noticed these messages end of Nov. But definitely, it is more than 10 days. Also, for most of the applicants in this thread, timelines may be similar in terms of expiration I believe. So all ppr issuances must be rolling in this month. I do not see any signs of issuance from CPC-Ottawa.

This was my status 6 months back based on GCMS notes:

Valid to: 2020/10/14

So I understood that since my medicals expired, they updated the status just as passed.

If it changes to “ you do not need medicals”= 40 days to PPr.

If it changes to passed= 6 to 10days to PPR.

My medicals got extended on Sep 1st, 2020. Still my application is "waiting for final decision"

Congrats! What's your VO? You need to drop a mail to VFS and inform them regarding the Ready for Visa mail. They will let you know the further steps.
